Wheel meter and length measuring counters with precision gear assembly, this high-precision unit is durable, precise and easy to install on wide-ranging textile machinery, including weaving machines, circular looms, needle looms, band crochet-knitting machines etc.  Length measure counter ,5 and 6 digit counter, measures the length of the article via accumulating the machinery contact between the running wheel and the object. It refers to measure the length of the article in textile machinery, printing, plastic film andsynthetic leather industry.

The counter has five digits, when the recorded length is 1 meter, the wheel of the counter turns 3 rounds, and the number on the counter would be 1 meter  and  when we want pressing the reset key accordingly, It has reset design, which adopts rolling device, turn one round, and all the numbers will be 0, and the counting start again.

TNP-1 Series rolling counter is designed according to the need, for the length of the recorder and various mechanical transmission, generally used for recording textile, printing, plastic film, synthetic leather and other heavy volume length.

(3) This model is equipped with a zero reset facility, recording to a certain number, you can press the button to re-zero, all of the numbers zero reset, and then do the second stage record
(4) The product jump, flexible, correct count, numbers displayed clearly, ambient temperature -15 to 55 can maintain normal count.
